Sunday Snowga

There is something about doing yoga on Sunday that is so spiritual. I don't feel the need to go to church when I do yoga on Sunday, especially whenever I am outdoors.

But this was a new one for me. Doing a back bend on a slick board makes it all the more rewarding. I am coining this "Snowga." And it won't be long before it's the next fad.

The snow on was hard packed today. We need more snow if Purgatory is going to stay open much longer!
